    A Clutch Kit is a complete set of components required to replace a vehicle’s clutch system. It typically includes:

    • Clutch Disc (Friction Plate) – transfers engine power to the transmission.

    • Pressure Plate – applies pressure to the clutch disc for engagement.

    • Release Bearing (Throwout Bearing) – allows smooth engagement and disengagement.
      Some kits may also include a pilot bearing, alignment tool, or dual-mass flywheel (DMF) depending on the vehicle type. Replacing the full kit ensures consistent performance and smooth gear shifts.


    Common symptoms include:

    • Slipping clutch (engine revs increase but speed doesn’t)

    • Difficulty shifting gears

    • Clutch pedal feels soft, spongy, or stiff

    • Burning smell during acceleration

    • Judder or vibration when engaging the clutch

    • Grinding noise when pressing the clutch pedal
